Terms of Service

Kloey is a content-research and scriptwriting tool for short-form creators. By signing up or clicking around our product you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Kloey.

Kloey is operated by the team behind @anir_suren. You can reach us at hello@kloey.ai for anything — contracts, takedowns, billing, friendship.

You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account, including the people you invite to your workspace (when multi-seat ships). Keep your password sensible. Tell us right away if you think your account was compromised.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kloey, or the legal age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.

You can use Kloey to study public creators, generate scripts in tracked voices, and ship your own short-form content. You agree not to:

• Scrape Kloey itself or resell access to our radar feed.
• Use Kloey to impersonate a real person in a way that's illegal, harassing, or designed to deceive viewers about who actually published the content.
• Generate content that's sexual content involving minors, credible threats of violence, or anything else that's illegal where you live.
• Reverse-engineer the models behind voice remix or extract training data from outputs.

You own the scripts you generate. We claim no rights to your drafts, hooks, captions, or maps. You grant us a narrow license to host and process that content so the product works (e.g. storing your drafts so they show up the next time you log in).

Outputs are AI-generated and may be inaccurate, derivative, or unintentionally similar to existing content. Treat every draft as a starting point and run your own judgment before posting.

Kloey only ingests public creator profiles you point it at. We don't scrape private accounts and we don't ask for OAuth or your social passwords. If a creator wants their public content excluded from Kloey's radar, email hello@kloey.ai and we'll honor the request within 7 days.

Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops the next renewal — it doesn't refund the current period (see our Refund Policy for the exception). Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.

You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that put the platform at risk (e.g. abuse, fraud, regulatory issues). When that happens we'll tell you why if we can.

Kloey is provided “as is.” We don't guarantee that the radar will always be up, that generations will always be accurate, or that you'll go viral. We do our best — but short-form is a brutal sport and we can't promise outcomes.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kloey's total liability to you for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (lost followers, lost revenue, lost weekends).

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material we'll email you and post a notice on the dashboard. Continued use after the change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes go to the state and federal courts in Delaware.
